Our fees reflect the experience and attention behind every engagement. We discuss pricing upfront — so you always know what to expect before work begins.
For individuals & families
Straightforward tax preparation and planning for individuals and families — with the attention and responsiveness you deserve.
For small to mid-size businesses
Comprehensive accounting and tax services for business owners who want a firm that stays engaged year-round — not just at filing time.
For complex, multi-entity needs
High-net-worth individuals and businesses with complex, multi-entity structures require a tailored approach. We will build a service plan around your specific situation.
Starting prices reflect straightforward engagements. Complex situations, additional entities, and advisory work are scoped individually. Some engagements are billed hourly — the fee structure is always discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
It depends on the engagement. Many services are priced on a flat or engagement basis — agreed upon upfront so you know what to expect. For advisory, consulting, and certain complex matters, we bill hourly. Either way, we walk through the fee structure with you before any work begins.
Every client's situation is a little different. The starting prices above reflect our most straightforward engagements — for individuals, this would be a single taxpayer with only W-2 wages or 1099-R/SSA-1099 retirement income; for businesses, a single-member LLC or sole proprietorship filing a Schedule C. As complexity increases — additional income sources, more members or shareholders, multiple entities, or multi-state activity — so will the fee. We will always walk through that with you before work begins.
Because a one-size-fits-all price list rarely reflects the actual work involved. A tax return for a single individual looks very different from one for a high-net-worth client with multiple entities and multi-state activity. We would rather have a short conversation and give you an accurate number than quote something that does not fit your situation.
Yes. We offer both in-person meetings at our Camden, SC office and virtual meetings — whichever works best for you.
Not a problem. We can scope individual services — a standalone tax return, a bookkeeping cleanup, or a one-time advisory consultation — without requiring a full-service engagement.
A free 30-minute consultation is the best way to understand your needs and give you an accurate fee estimate.
